Shipping + Returns
You will receive an order confirmation email after your purchase. This indicates that we have received your order and pre-authorized your payment and will confirm that the item(s) is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If it is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and notify you via email. If your item(s) is available for immediate shipment, we will process the charges and email you the tracking information.
Momma To Bee charges a flat shipping rate of $9.95 for orders under $75 and free domestic ground shipping for orders over $75 to all destinations within the contiguous United States (excluding Alaska & Hawaii). At this time, we only ship to the continental U.S.
Your subtotal must be $75 or more after discounts to qualify for free shipping. This does not include shipping or taxes. Items that are non-standard, oversize and/or require freight delivery are subject to a $59.95 shipping surcharge. Spot On Square large freight items including cribs and dressers are subject to a $99 shipping surcharge due to the heavy weight of these items. Car seats, carrycots and strollers are subject to $24.95 shipping surcharge (exclusions may apply).
Please note, shipping time for each product may differ. Product specific shipping information can be found directly on the product page. Shipments may arrive in multiple packages. Tracking information will be sent to you within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the email address provided at checkout. If you do not receive tracking information within 2 business days of your order, follow up with us at email@example.com.
We cannot guarantee cancellations or changes to your order. Orders that have already shipped cannot be changed or canceled. We cannot accept returns for any sale items.
Returns + Refunds
Items eligible for return must be in its original package, undamaged, unused, unworn, with tags still attached, along with customer receipt. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receipt to receive a RA# and a return address. Refunds will be processed back to your original form of payment. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges and shipping costs are non-refundable.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for furniture, large and heavy items, items under manufacturer's warranty (exclusions may apply, please see product page), and Final Sale items. Please inspect packaging for potential damage during transit prior to signing for delivery (some wear to the packaging is normal). If item is damaged, broken, or defective, send photos and/or videos and notify Momma To Bee at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will file a claim with the manufacturer on your behalf.
Please file claims within 14 days of receipt with some specific exclusions from manufacturer:
- Dadada products - within 48 hours of receipt.
- Spot On Square products - within 10 days of receipt.
- P'kolino products - within 10 days of receipt.
- TWELVElittle products - buyer must contact TWELVElittle directly within 14 days for return process. Contact TWELVElittle Customer Service at email@example.com.
- Diono products - buyer must contact Diono directly within 30 days for return process. Contact Diono Customer Service at 855-463-4666 (7:00 am to 5:00 pm PST) for assistance.
If claim is successfully processed and a return is eligible, buyer is responsible for return shipping charges and shipping costs are non-refundable. Some products may be subject to 10-25% restocking fee.
- Returned item must be in its original package, undamaged, unused, unworn, with tags still attached, along with customer receipt.
- Upon claim approval, a RA# and a return address will be emailed to you. It is recommended that a tracking service be used for items valued $100 or more. Momma To Bee will not be responsible for items lost in the mail.
- Refunds will be processed back to your original form of payment.
- Furniture, large and heavy items
- Items under manufacturer's warranty (exclusions may apply, please see product page)
- Sale items. The Final Sale status will be noted in the product description. If you are a gift recipient, store credit will be given and applied to any future purchase from Momma To Bee.
- Personalized items

- Gift cards
- Exclusive collaborations
- Some health and personal care items
We currently do not offer exchanges. Upon approval of return, we may process for store credit.
Late Or Missing Refunds (if applicable):

Your purchase may be subject to California sales and use tax. Depending on your state, you may be exempt from sales tax.
